Refine your personal pitch. Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence might seem like vague concepts, but can absolutely be learned behaviors—and we want to teach candidates these skills. The key to a truly successful job interview is the "secret sauce" mixture of self-reflection and emotional intelligence— once you know who you are, what your "stories" are, and what you bring to the table, you will be able to succeed in any interview situation.
